The short version: we do not receive your data. Jasper is a client for a server you run — on your own Mac or your own VPS. Your projects, terminal output, prompts and AI keys go between your devices and your server. They do not pass through us, and we have no way to read them.
This policy covers the Jasper desktop app, the Agent Jasper iOS app, and agent-jasper.com. Throughout, "we" means the operator of Jasper and "you" means the person using it.

Deleting the app removes what is stored on the device. What is on your own server stays there until you remove it.
There is none. The apps contain no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no crash reporter, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and there is nothing to opt out of.
Jasper can display data from services you connect yourself — GitHub issues, Sentry errors, AI usage. That is your account talking to your server with credentials you supplied. We are not a party to it.
agent-jasper.com serves the marketing pages and, if you create one, a client account. For an
account we store your email address, a hashed password, and
your subscription state. A session cookie keeps you signed in; it is
HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and lasts 30 days.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and we never see or store them. See Stripe's privacy policy.
If you rent a managed VPS through us, we hold the details needed to provision and bill for that machine. What you then do on it is yours; we do not inspect its contents.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties involved are the ones needed to run the service — Stripe for payment, and our hosting providers — and only for that purpose. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.
You can ask us for a copy of the account data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Because your terminal content never reaches us, we cannot produce or delete it for you — that data is on your own machines, under your control.
Jasper is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for account holders, say so by email before the change takes effect.
